Calro User Agreement

Effective Date: April 2, 2025

Thank you for using Calro! By accessing or using the Calro app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
The App is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. By using this App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 17, you are prohibited from accessing or using this service.

2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Virtual Currency - Fanergy
The App offers a virtual currency called "Fanergy," which can be used to enhance your experience within the App. Fanergy may be used solely to add idols and track their schedules. It cannot be used for any gambling or financial transactions.

4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the App:

• Violating any laws or regulations.
• Using the App for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Attempting to interfere with the App’s security features or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App’s system.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or negatively impacts other users' experience.

5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

6. Content Ownership
All content available within the App, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, is owned by or licensed to Calro and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the App without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of violations of this User Agreement or the law. Upon termination, your right to access and use the App will cease immediately.

9. Amendments
Calro reserves the right to modify or update this User Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
